Timothy Kelly Stewart

Timothy Kelly Stewart, age 41, of Lexington, NC, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023, at his home. Born on December 26, 1981, in Gaston County, NC, he was the son of Linda Stewart and Timothy Clyde Stewart.
Timothy was an avid animal lover, especially dogs. He enjoyed playing the drums and scrolling through Facebook. He loved cars (Ford Mustangs) and loved cooking; he was a great cook. He could be described by those who knew him as a man with a “big Heart” and a “jokester.”
Those left to cherish his memory include his mom, Linda Stewart of Linwood; his partner in life, Stephanie Smith of Winston Salem; his daughters, Caroline Williams (Zack) of Winston Salem, and Gabby Smith of Winston Salem; sister, Brandy Stewart (Chris) of Linwood; brothers, Chris Stone (Kim), and Jesse Smith of Linwood; niece, Emily Renken (Ben) of Lexington; and nephews, Gavin Renken, and Jace Renken of Linwood; aunts, Wanda Peninger of Black Mountain, and Judy Elkins (Mike) of Lexington; uncles, Steven Pressley (Danielle) of Lexington, and Tony Pressley (Jeanie) of Linwood; numerous cousins and extended family member; and his beloved dogs, Taytay and Sprocket.
