Stephen Swain

Stephen Arthur Swain, 73, of Asheboro, died Sunday, November 10, 2019 at North Pointe of Archdale.
Stephen was born on September 27, 1946 in Iredell County.
He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and was a retired truckdriver. He had worked for Kosa / (Celenese) for 35 years, but most recently for JB Hunt. He enjoyed shooting pool, playing golf and going to the beach.
Survivors include 2 sons; Darren Swain of Asheboro, and Eric Swain (Kim) of Oakboro, NC, 2 granddaughters; Jessica Swain and Erica Swain, and 3 great-grandchildren; Emmerson, Kamden and Maverick Williams.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 3:00 pm at Trinity United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Duncan officiating. The family will visit with friends following the service.
