Sheila Ann Robertson Bartlett was born on September 6, 1957, in Lexington, North Carolina, and peacefully passed away in her hometown on February 25, 2025, at the age of 67.
Sheila dedicated over 20 years of her professional life to working at Parkdale Cotton Mill. Her career there was marked by her strong work ethic and commitment until she could no longer continue due to illness. She also worked as a private contractor in cleaning and flooring, where she applied her skills and talents with diligence.
Sheila had a deep love for the outdoors and found joy in activities such as beach outings, camping, and fishing. Holden Beach held a special place in her heart, and she delighted in traveling there whenever she could. She was also a devoted animal lover, and nothing brought her more happiness than spending time with her family and cherished friends.
Sheila is preceded in death by her beloved father, Joseph "Joe" Elmer Robertson; her mother, Rose "Anna" Robertson; her husband, "Woody" Bartlett; and her sister, Bevelyn Robertson.
She leaves behind her loving brother, Gary Robertson, his wife, Felisa; her dear sister, Cindy Holshouser, her husband, Mark; and her cherished nieces and nephews, as well as other loving family. Sheila will be fondly remembered by her special friend, Pat and greatly missed by her loving pets, Katie and Kitty-Girl.
A memorial service will be held in the near future to celebrate Sheila's life and legacy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Davidson Hospice in her honor. Donate Here!
