Phoenix Riffe

Phoenix McKinley Ray Riffe, infant son of Amber Riffe, earned his angel wings on December 11, 2013. Though he was taken way too early, he was loved by many. In addition to his mommy, he is survived by his big sissy, Isabella Riffe, God father, Charlie McKinley Holbrook, Jr, nana, Tammy Noe Riffe, papaw, Terry Riffe, aunt Ashley Riffe (David), uncle Rick Riffe, cousins, Xander, Blaze, Andrew, Kayla, Cody, Hailey, Quinn, and Gavin along with several great aunts and uncles, and many special friends. A funeral service for Phoenix Riffe will be conducted 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Monticello Baptist Church with Pastor Bobby Henderson officiating. The family will visit with friends Monday evening from 6:00 until 7:30 pm at Nicholson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Rick Riffe and David Johnson. Blaze and Xander Johnson will serve as honorary pallbearers. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Michael Kepley and staff and the Birth Place Nurses and staff at Iredell Memorial Hospital.
