Pauline Goodwin Mitchell

Pauline Padgett Goodwin Mitchell, 94, of Statesville, died Monday, April 29, 2019 at Iredell Memorial Hospital.
She was born to the late Spencer G. Goodwin, Sr. and Alma Lois Padgett Mitchell.
Mrs. Mitchell was a homemaker and was a member of Fairmount United Methodist Church.
She is survived by a daughter; Tamara Valores Mitchell, of Clemmons, a son; Bryan Kevin Mitchell (Pamela) of Statesville, 2 granddaughters; Lisa Renee’ Mitchell (Matthew Curley) and Kelly Suzanne Fox Vanderford (Jon), and one brother; Spencer Gaines Goodwin, Jr.
Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Mitchell on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at 2:00 pm at Fairmount United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will visit with friends following the burial.
