Paul H. Keller

November 16, 1938 — April 15, 2018

Paul H. Keller, 79, of Statesville, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018 at his home.

He was born November 16, 1938 in Sturgis, MI and was the son of the late Harry Melvin Keller and Ruth Lockwood Keller. He was a graduate of Sturgis, MI schools and served four years in the US Navy. On August 18, 1962 he married Teresa DeMorrow Keller in Sawyer, MI. He attended Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church and was retired from Clark Equipment.

A dedicated husband and father. He coached peanut baseball and little league. He was also actively involved with Boy Scouts of America from Cub Master to Scout Master. Friends and family will remember him as a creative individual whose interests included leather work, painting, gem cutting and jewelry making. In his later years, he enjoyed golfing and bowling in the local senior league. He will truly be missed.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sons, Daniel Keller (special friend, Carol), Timothy Keller (Janie), Joel Keller (Angela), Mathew Keller, 10 grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one half-brother, Ronald Keller and one half-sister, Kathleen Keller. He was preceded in death by four siblings, Alan Keller, Donald Keller, Daniel Keller and Linda Dyznski.

Memorial services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2018 at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Chris Fitzgerald officiating.
