Nancy Snider

Nancy Gale Giesler Snider,78, of Statesville, died Sunday, November3, 2019 at Maple Leaf Health Care.
She was born on August 3, 1941 in Minnesota to the late Warren Giesler and Gala Ann Wagner Giesler. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Snider, with whom she had shared 51 years with before his death.
Nancy enjoyed attending church at South River Baptist Church and loved her Lord and Savior. She loved cooking and canning, shopping, and animals. She had a great love for her family.
Survivors include 2 sons; Robert Snider and his wife Teresa, Tim Snider and his wife Delta, all of Statesville, 2 daughters; Kathie McReynolds and her husband Steven of Anchorage, Alaska, and Terrie Levine of Jacksonville, Florida, a daughter-in-law; Mary Burns Snider, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and 4 siblings.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 8, 2019 at 2:00 pm at South River Baptist Church with Dr. Chris Thompson officiating. The family will visit with friends from 1:00 to 2:00 prior to the service.
