Miriam Sue Myers

THOMASVILLE-Mrs. Miriam Sue Dantzler Myers, 67, of Thomasville, NC passed away November 23, 2021 at her home in Thomasville, NC. The daughter of the late Joel Amos and Jewel McCaul Dantzler, Mrs. Myers was born in Mobile, Alabama on June 13, 1954 and was a bookkeeper for Thomasville Country Club. Sue had an outgoing personality and seemingly never met a stranger. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Myers is preceded in death by her daughter Stacee Floyd. Left to cherish her memories are her husband of 26 years Joseph Simon Myers, Jr., stepson Joseph Simon Myers III (Stephanie) of Thomasville, stepdaughter Paula Johnson (Brian) of Trinity, NC, two sisters Dianne Klug (Larry) of Marion, Va. and Janice Teagle of Jacksonville, Fl., one brother Joel Dantzler, Jr. (Linda) of Palatka, Fl., and numerous step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Myers is yet to be scheduled.
