Michael Keever

Michael Lee Keever, 58, of Statesville, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 10, 2012, at his home. Mr. Keever was born March 12, 1953 in Caldwell County and was the son of Norman Jean Rufty and the late George Eric Keever. He was a graduate of Bunker Hill High School. In addition to his mother, Mr. Keever is also survived by two daughters, Jennifer Rose Keever of Winston-Salem and Stefanie Love Keever of Statesville. He is also survived by a one granddaughter, Bella "Boo" Richardson of Statesville, a brother, James T. Keever of Hickory and a close friend, Sharon Hall of Statesville. A memorial service for Mr. Keever will be conducted 2:00 pm Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Fern Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Jesse Stroud officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
