Mr. Michael Lynn Hoover

Mr. Michael Lynn Hoover, 62, of Statesville, died Thursday, March 14, 2019 at the Gordon Hospice House. Born in Iredell County on April 13, 1956, he was a son of the late Norman Hoover, Sr. and Virginia Bennett Reynolds who survives.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Norman Hoover, Jr. He was an upholsterer with Thomasville Furniture Co.
Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Small Hoover of the home, two daughters, Tonya Hoover Smith and April Hoover Tester (Eric), a brother, Roger Hoover (Shirley) and a sister, Patti Hoover McHargue. Also surviving are grandchildren: Michael White, Levi Steele, Kayla Steele, Kayce Steele and Macie Smith along with his dogs, JC and Pewee.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Nicholson Funeral Home. The family will greet friends immediately following the service.
