Mary Reistetter Sandifer

Mary Reistetter Sandifer, age 80, of Lexington, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at Abbotts Creel Center in Lexington. Born on February 11, 1943, in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late George Mathias Reistetter and Lucille Morise Reistetter.
Mary was a member of Beck's Reformed Church in Lexington where she served as a Bible school teacher, and a Faith Leader. She was a retired educator who had a passion for crafts and was an avid animal rescuer.
Left to cherish her memory include her son, Mat Sandifer; granddaughter, Kaelyn Sandifer; brother, Paul Reilly; and sister-in-law, Mary Hobbs.
A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Becks Reformed Church in Lexington with Steve Fisher officiating. (Time of service to be announced). Nicholson Funerals & Cremations, Thomasville Chapel has the honor of serving the family.
