Mary (Brown) Harrington

Mary Frances Brown Harrington passed away peacefully on June 26, 2016 at home.  Born in Iredell County on July 26, 1922, Mary was a daughter of the late Lee Anderson and Mamie Elizabeth Money Brown.  Mary was of the Baptist faith and a graduate of D. Matt Thompson High School. Mary was preceded in death by sisters Ruth Elizabeth Brown Lewis, Eula Brown Nabors, and her twin sister Martha Brown Hayes, as well as brothers, Ernest Edward Brown and Frank Anderson Brown. She is survived by her son, Fletcher Harrington, of Troutman and several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Iredell Memorial Gardens.
