Lester Hamilton Chambers

After extended illness, Lester Chambers of Statesville, passed away Friday, Jan.26. He was known in the community for Lester’s Books and Tea Room and his passionate love of literature. Lester is survived by his beloved wife, Erma, their daughters, grandchildren and great-grand children. A private memorial will be held in the spring.
