Leslie Leigh Styers

Leslie Leigh Styers, age 53 of Walkertown, gained her heavenly wing’s, Sunday, January 7,2024,at Kate B Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem, NC.  She was born in Forsyth, North Carolina on November 4,1970, to the late Gary Lumey and Virginia Lumley. She was also preceded in death by her sons, Caleb Tyler Styers and David Matthew Styers.

Leslie was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Winston-Salem. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gospel music, being outdoors, and the mountains.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, David Styers of Walkertown, a daughter, Virginia Styers, son, Richard Buxton Styers, sister, Lori Lumley, and her grandchildren, Tatum Pickett, and Tegan Pickett.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 2pm at Liberty Baptist Church in Winston-Salem with Pastor Gary Styers officiating.  Nicholson Funerals & Cremations, Thomasville Chapel has the honor of serving the family.
