Larry Steven Railey

Larry Steven Railey, 73 born on March 23, 1951, departed this life on January 9, 2025, in Winston Salem. His journey through life was characterized by a dedication to his work in retail sales, where he made a lasting impact on both customers and colleagues alike.

Larry’s educational path took him through grades nine to twelve, culminating in his graduation; while he may not have pursued formal post-secondary education, his experiences and achievements in the retail sector showcased a lifetime of learning and growth.

Though little is known about his place of birth, Larry carried with him the values instilled by his family throughout his life. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert J. Wrenn, and his mother, Ruby Jane Clodfelter, who both played central roles in shaping the man he became.

At this time no services will be held in Larry's memory.

Larry is survived by numerous family and friends who will remember him fondly for his kindness, dedication, and the warmth he brought to their lives. His legacy will continue to inspire all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
