Kanan Tyzir' Smith

God granted us an angel by the name of Kanan Tyzir’ Smith on October 20, 2022. Although our time with him was cut short, our hearts will forever be filled with joy and honor because we were able to be graced with two weeks of his beautiful presence.
Kanan was the beloved son of Gbaintian Smith and Jada Stevenson. He is also survived by Godparents, Dr. Donald & Sharon Gray and Beverly & Wayne Gibbs, Grandparents, Lewis & Jackie Wilson, Joy & James Mayfield, Gwennesa Smith, George Saydee, Sharon Mattox, siblings, Zemia Smith, G’naylah Smith, Genesis Smith, Amonie Smith, and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins. He was preceded in death by Maternal grandparents James & Etta Stevenson and Melvenia Smith-Johnson.
A Graveside Service will be held Friday, November 11, 2022, at 1:30 pm at Davidsonville Baptist Church, 422 Turnersburg Hwy., Statesville, NC. The family will meet following the service at 1396 Shinnville Rd., Cleveland, NC 27013 where a meal will be served.
