Joyce Lynn Bartha

Joyce Lynn Kuhn Bartha, 62, of Statesville died Saturday, February 15, 2020 at her residence.
She was born September 17, 1957 in Callicoon, NY to the late Kenneth William Kuhn and Rita Simonson Kuhn. Joyce was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh on the Bradford, PA Campus. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Troutman, had worked for property management at Palmas Del Mar Resort in Puerto Rico and retired from Enterprise Holdings in Statesville. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
On September 17, 2011, she married George Robert Bartha who survives. Also surviving are 2 sons; Francisco “Kiko” Ortiz Santana and Joshua Bartha, a daughter; Heather Ann Bartha, 2 brothers; Kenneth Kuhn and Mark Kuhn, 2 sisters; Penelope Davidson and Judy Conklin, many nieces and nephews and her 2 cats, Foxy and Boots.
A Celebration of Life Service for Joyce will be held Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 6:30 pm in the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Deiter Punt officiating. The family will visit with friends and family following the service.
