Joshua Emery

Joshua Bradley Emery, born on July 28, 1986, in Davidson County, North Carolina, passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 38.

Joshua was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He worked as a car mechanic, a profession that perfectly complemented his passion for working on cars. He had an innate ability to bring engines to life and took great pride in every vehicle he repaired. His love for motorcycles was a significant part of his life, and he spent many hours riding through the scenic roads of North Carolina.

Joshua shared a special bond with his beloved pit Great Dane, Zeus, who was his loyal companion through many adventures. He was a man of simple tastes, often enjoying evenings watching "Yellowstone" or listening to rap music, which brought him comfort and joy.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael Emery and Justin Emery. Joshua's memory will be cherished by his surviving family: his daughter, Mia Nicole Emery, and her boyfriend, Andrew Dayton; his mother, Kelly Jones; his brothers, Benjamin Hill, Zachery Welch, and Brandon Welch; and his sister, Kristen Felicijan. He is also survived by his grandmother, Brenda Barlage, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Joshua leaves behind a legacy of warmth and simplicity, and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
