John Richard Frasier

John Richard Frasier, age 79, of Newton, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Carolina Caring Hospice in Newton. Born on October 15, 1943, in Pensacola, FL, he was the son of the late Hoyt Nathaniel Frasier and Louise Virginia Weir.
John was an avid fisherman who truly had a passion for the outdoors. He loved taking care of his garden and loved being with his family. John served his country in the United States Marine Corps.
In addition to his parents, Hoyt and Louise Frasier, he was preceded in death by his wife of 34 years, Charlotte Ann Green Frasier; his son, Russell Dale Frasier; and his grandson, Joshua Dale Frasier. Left to cherish his memory include his children, John, Ronald, Mollie, Laura, Sheila, and Paula; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; seven sisters; two brothers; and multiple nieces and nephews.
