Jane S. Kupchik, 76 of Winston Salem, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2024 at Hospice of Davidson County. Jane was a resident of Magnolia Creek assisted living facility in Winston Salem, She leaves behind her family and friends to cherish her memory.
