Jan Brady

Jan Marie Johnson Plummer Brady, 58, of Statesville, passed away Monday, April 22, 2013 at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro, NC Ms. Brady was born in Iredell County on October 2, 1954 and was the daughter of the late Samuel Branson and Clare Nash Johnson. She was a graduate of Statesville Senior High School and she was retired from Sara Lee Intimates where she worked as a seamstress. Ms. Brady is survived by one son, Justin Plummer of Statesville, two granddaughters, Zoe and Emma Plummer, both of Troutman and one brother, Sonny Johnson of Statesville. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive. A graveside funeral service will be conducted 11:00am Saturday, April 27, 2013 in the Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Charles Jones officiating. The family will visit with friends on Friday evening from 6:00 until 7:30 pm at Nicholson Funeral Home.
