Fonda Delaine Lindley

Fonda Delaine Lindley, 51, formally of Statesville, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, March 7, 2015 at her home in Durham.  She was born in Statesville on September 10, 1963 to Lloyd Allen and Jaye Frances Anderson Lippard. Fonda attended Statesville Senior High School and graduated from the Rabun Gap Nacoochee High School in Rabun Gap, Georgia.  She worked in food service before becoming disabled. In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by a son, John Michael Lindley (Megan) of Dunn, NC; a daughter, Kateland Alexis L. Church (Johnny) of Statesville; a grandson, Liam Johnny Church; a sister, Emily Gaye L. Kennedy (Todd) of Clemmons, NC; a brother Noel Allen Lippard of Statesville; and three nephews, Austin Lee Kennedy, Nicholas and Nathan Kennedy. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carroll Pope officiating.  The family will visit with friends following the service.
