Doyle "Pee-Wee" Duncan

Mr. Doyle L. (Pee-Wee) Duncan, 92, of Statesville, died January 22, 2023 at the Gordon Hospice House. Born in Iredell County on August 24, 1930, he was a son of the late Joseph Frederick Duncan and Allie Benson Duncan. He was the former owner of Duncan Plumbing, Heating and Air. He was an avid fisherman and loved time with his family, hunting and going to Cape Lookout at the outer banks and riding four wheelers.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Tommy Cass.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Danyels Duncan, a son, Joe Duncan, a daughter, Karla Duncan Cass, 1 grandchild, 2 great grandchildren, a stepson, Jeff Brown (Sherry) and a stepdaughter, Cindy Cecil Brown (Mike).
Burial will be private at a later date.
