Diane Owens Myers

Diane Owens Myers, age 74, of Thomasville, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Novant Health-Thomasville Medical Center.  Born on July 26, 1949, in Davidson County, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Owens and Nellie Mae Williams Owens.  

Diane was a member of From Behind the Veil Ministry.  She loved being with her family and cherished family gatherings.  She enjoyed watching Hallmark movies and going out to eat and meeting new people.  Diane was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed. Diane had a love of God, her church family and being involved in the church community.

In addition to her parents, Eugene and Nellie Mae Owens, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Gene Owens.  Left to cherish her memory include her husband of 18 years, Kenneth S. Myers; her daughter, Shelley Marie Head Ball (Ralph); son, Gavin Thomas Head (Gail); grandchildren, Amanda Gail Head, Alyssa English Head, Ethan Thomas Head, Sarah Mabrey Ball, and Seth Michael Ball; and sister, Pamela Gail Owens Sipes; and brother, Paul Wayne Owens (Patricia).  

A Service to Celebrate her Life will be held 3:00pm, Saturday, December 9, 2023, at From Behind the Veil Ministry with Pastor Wayne Shortt officiating.
