David Michael Warren

David Michael Warren, 65, of Statesville, died Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the Gordon Hospice House.
He was born in McDowell County on February 2, 1955 to the late Eugene Warren and Lillian Frazier Warren.
David had worked in stained glass and upholstery. He loved working with his hands and was very crafty in making things, He took great pride in his work. He was an outdoorsman and loved to go fishing, especially with his grandchildren.
Those left to cherish his memory are three daughters, Kristen Warren, Ashley Warren, Keisha Warren, 7 grandchildren, Julian Ferrell, Skylar Ferrell, Ella Ottone, McKenzie Warren, Annabell Warren, Corey A. Randol and Lillian Randol.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lynn Lepley officiating. The service will be live streamed from the website beginning promptly at 1:00 pm. He will Lie in State on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Nicholson Funeral Home from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The family asks that everyone wear masks and observe social distancing. A private graveside will be held later.
