Crystal Anita Shaw Culler (Styers), aged 33, passed away on November 25, 2024, in Randolph County, North Carolina. Born on November 4, 1991, in Forsyth County, North Carolina she was born to Jerry & Anita Styers, she lived a life rich with love, laughter, and an unwavering spirit for adventure.

Crystal was a dedicated salesperson in the retail industry, where her charm and warm personality won the hearts of many. Her true passion, however, lay in giving back to her community through her volunteer work at churches and soup kitchens in High Point, where she was a beacon of hope and support for the homeless.

A free spirit and a lover of nature, Crystal cherished her time spent outdoors. Whether exploring trails, walking by the lake, or lying in a treehouse watching the sky, she found beauty in everything around her. Her love for photography allowed her to capture the hidden wonders of the world as only she could see them. Art was another passion she shared with her father, showcasing her incredible talent and creativity.

Crystal's love for music was profound; it was her solace in times of need. She loved to sing and dance, bringing joy to those around her with her contagious laugh and vibrant personality. Dressing up and expressing herself through fashion was another way she celebrated life, embracing each day with enthusiasm and style.

A proud member of the Outward Bound Teen Camp during her youth, Crystal carried with her the values of exploration and discovery throughout her life.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel Culler, their beloved son, Daniel Thomas Culler Jr. (DJ Culler), and her cherished twin daughters, Magdalene Grace Cavalier and Melissa Lillian Cavalier, who were lovingly adopted by family friends. Her memory also lives on through her father, Jerry Styers, her adoptive mother, Patty Trout, brother Jason Styers, sister Jessica Styers, uncle David Styers, and cousins Virginia Styers, Richard Styers, and Courtney Cothran. She will be dearly missed by her nieces, Nora and Violet, and her nephew, Carter.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date to honor Crystal’s legacy. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her GoFundMe page hosted by Anna Cashman. Contributions of food are welcome at Liberty Baptist Church, located at 1548 Old Hollow Rd in Winston Salem, NC, on the day of her memorial service. Flowers may also be sent to the church.

Crystal’s indomitable spirit touched everyone she met, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to know her. She was the fire that nobody could put out, always finding beauty and spreading joy wherever she went. Her laughter, kindness, and artistic soul will be cherished and remembered forever.
