Cristian Ariel Alvarado Chacon

Cristian Ariel Alvarado Chacon, 31, of Statesville died Monday, April 18, 2022, at the Gordon Hospice House following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Honduras on January 27, 1991, to Mary Chacon.
Cristian was very creative, loved music and playing soccer. He loved God and was a man of faith. More than anything, he loved his family and spending time with them. One of his favorite things to do was taking his son to Pelicans Snowballs.
Those left to cherish his memory include his fiancé, Claudia Medina, a son, Ethan Alvarado, his mother, Mary Chacon, two brothers, Fabricio Chacon, Erick Villanueva, two sisters, Katherine Villanueva, Jocelyn Villanueva, his stepfather, Juan Villanueva, grandmother, Maria Bido, three uncles, Mauricio Chacon, Marvin Chacon, Carlos Galdamez, three aunts, Berta Giron, Iris Dalton, Mirma Galdamez, and cousins, Darwin Giron, Selvin Giron, Carlos Giron, Abraham Chacon, Samuel Chacon, Sean Dalton, Justin Dalton, Natalie Chacon, Rachel Mejia, Flomaria Giron, Steve Verde, Joshua Chacon, Dayana Lopez.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Fernando Discua and Pastor Andres Paz officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm prior to the service.

Cristian Ariel Alvarado Chacón, de 31 años, de Statesville, murió el lunes 18 de abril de 2022 en Gordon Hospice House después de una larga enfermedad.
Nació en Honduras el 27 de enero de 1991, hijo de Mary Chacón.
Cristian era muy creativo, amaba la música y jugar al fútbol. Amaba a Dios y era un hombre de fe. Más que nada, amaba a su familia y pasaba tiempo con ellos. Una de sus cosas favoritas para hacer era llevar a su hijo a Pelicans Snowballs.
Entre los que quedan para atesorar su memoria se encuentran su prometida, Claudia Medina, un hijo, Ethan Alvarado, su madre, Mary Chacón, dos hermanos, Fabricio Chacón, Erick Villanueva, dos hermanas, Katherine Villanueva, Jocelyn Villanueva, su padrastro, Juan Villanueva, abuela, María Bido, tres tíos, Mauricio Chacón, Marvin Chacón, Carlos Galdámez, tres tías, Berta Girón, Iris Dalton, Mirma Galdámez , y primos, Darwin Girón, Selvin Girón, Carlos Girón, Abraham Chacón, Samuel Chacón, Sean Dalton, Justin Dalton, Natalie Chacón, Rachel Mejía, Flomaria Girón, Steve Verde, Joshua Chacon, Dayana Lopez.
Un servicio fúnebre se llevará a cabo el sábado 23 de abril de 2022 a las 2:00 pm en la Capilla de la Funeraria Nicholson con el pastor Fernando Discua y el pastor Andrés Paz oficiando. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio de Oakwood. Los amigos visitara`n el sa`bado en la funeraria de 11:00 am a 2:00 pm.
