Charlene Marie Klein Bethea

Charlene Marie Klein Bethea, age 68, of Archdale, NC, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at Atrium Health-Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Born on December 28, 1954, in Dover, DE, she was the daughter of the late Charles Klein and Rosie Ford Klein.
Charlene was a member of Highland Baptist Church. She loved going to the beach and going on car rides with her husband, William and her dog, Riley. Charlene was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, and sister who cherished her family. She loved her husband, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her dog Riley, and her cats, Gizmo and Buddy.
In addition to her parents, Charles and Rosie Klein, she was preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Vick; and her brother, Charles Klein, Jr. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 23 years, William E. Bethea; daughters, Jennifer Vance, Heather Kurtz (Richard), Janelle Jarrett (Brandon), and Connie Bryant (Jerry); grandchildren, Bryce Evans (Bri), Brynn Randall, Kayden Hanks, Kayla Hanks, John Jarrett, Eva Jarrett, Rosa Kurtz, Hank Thompson, Jeremy Bryant, and Brittany Bryant and Taylor Bryant; great-grandchildren, Brody Evans, Brooks Evans, Bella Evans, and Blair Evans; sister, Debbie Klein; brother-in-law, Dan Vick; niece, Ashley Klein; and nephew, Michael Klein (Lacy).
A Celebration of her Life will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, August 13, 2023, at Highland Baptist Church with Pastor Sam Eaton officiating.
