Carolyn Lanier Moore

Carolyn Lanier Moore, age 91, of Blacksburg died, Monday, May 23, 2022, at her home. She was born in Iredell County, N.C. on November 8, 1930, to the late Samuel McKee and Martha Carter Miller. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas G. Moore. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Rhonda Brewer, and Candace and Mark White, her son, Brent Lanier, her grandchildren, Joshua, Chris, Ned, Allison, Brittany, Bailey, Sam McKee, her two great-grandchildren, and her sister, Mary Wood Campbell. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 11:00 am in the Blacksburg Church of Christ. Graveside will follow at 4:00 pm Thursday, May 26, 2022, in the Abilene Church of Christ Cemetery, Statesville, NC. The family will receive friends from 10:30 am Thursday until service time at the church.
