Bill Snow

Billy Ray Snow, 69, of Statesville, passed away, Saturday March 3, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Snow was born September 26, 1942 in Iredell County and was the son of the late Fred Snow and Myrtle Josey Snow. He attended Iredell County Schools and was of the Baptist Faith. On July 28, 1961, he was married to Janet Hartness Snow, who survives of the home. He was retired from the City of Statesville as Fleet Manager and was a great mechanic. He loved classic cars and was well known for his abilities on working on car engines. In addition to his wife, Mr. Snow is survived by two daughters, Kim S. Steele (Mike) of Cleveland, Kelly S. Liles (Marty) of Statesville, one son, Chris Snow (Danielle) of Statesville, nine grandchildren, Ashley and Benjamin Jenkins, London, Drake and Savannah Liles, Bo and Bethy Stikeleather and Bella and Stella Snow. Also surviving is a sister, Roxie Diane Carr of Statesville, a sister-in-law, Sue Levan (Carl) of Statesville and several nieces and nephews.
